Rent payments are due on or before the first (1st) day of each month (postmarked no later than the first (1st) day of each month). You have a variety of methods to pay your rent. We accept checks, money orders and online electronic payments through the invoice that will be emailed to you 14 days prior to the first (1st) of the month. If you have accidentally deleted you invoice and need another copy, please contact our accounting team and they will be glad to resend it to you.

If your payment is not received by then of the business day on the first (1st) day of the month, an initial late fee of $30 will be assessed to your account.  An additional late payment fee of $5.00 per day will be charged for every day the rent is late past that point until all late fees and past due rents are received in full.

PO Box 568694 Orlando, FL 32856 Please be sure to include your property address and any unit number on the memo line of your check. For electronic payments, please use the link in the emailed invoice you received. If you need another copy, please email our accounting team.
